- * Rates are NETT, include breakfast and are charged per night for sole use of the entire villa. Hibiscus Villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 guests. Airport transfers from Kota Kinabalu or Kudat can be arranged at an additional cost.

- Minimum stay 1 night throughout the year excluding peak season; minimum stay 3 nights during peak season (Chinese New Year, Easter, Christmas, New Year)
- Charges for cancellations within the following notice periods are as follows:
Any cancellation within 59 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the full booking
Any cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the full booking
- MYR 200 / night – 10 years’ old and above (up to 3 additional guests)
- MYR 160 / night – Additional children, below 10 years’ old (up to 3 additional guests)
- No additional charge – Infants, below 2 years’ old
- Hibiscus Villa’s owners, employees and agents cannot accept liability for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury to property or persons during your stay at Hibiscus Villa or on its grounds
- We strongly advise that all guests take out adequate travel insurance insured before you leave home
