Dear Esther,
Sorry for the late email. On behalf of my entire family, I would like to wish you and Walter a Big Thank you for making our very first holiday in Sabah an exciting and memorable one. To be very honest with you, we have no complaints at all. I have also spoken and promoted the destination to my friends and colleagues and hopefully, they contact you or Walter in the future.
It was truly a dream vacation for us and thank you once again. With God's blessing, we do wish to come again to Sabah and probably for a longer period in the future.

We are back home after a wonderful trip to Sabah. All went well and we are happy to have seen so much wildlife, in particular, the Orang Utangs (at Sepilock and in the wild) !!
I would like to provide you with some feedback so that you can provide even better service to future customers.
Both guides (Herman and Loy) were VERY GOOD, always responsive to our questions and providing a lot of details with their answers. They were also very attentive to our need and we felt comfortable and safe with them all the time.
The hotels/lodges were also good, EXCEPT the Horizon Hotel in KK. at The Horizon Hotel, ehile the room was OK, the service provided was poor, the internet was not working, the TV had only 2 channel working. In the future, I would NOT recommend sending your customers there. Ther must be a better hotel in KK in the same price range !!
For the rest of the hotels/lodges, we were very happy with the accommodation.
We loved the SHANGRI-LA'S RASA RIA RESORT (near KK), the BORNEO RAINFOREST LODGE (the BEST !!) (Danum Valley) and the GAYA ISLAND RESORT.
The LONGHOUSE @ BAVANGGAZO was also good (although spartan), but we enjoyed the simple life environment and the local food (great grilled fish !!)
The MYNATURE CAFE was good and convenient, being located very close to Sepilock
The KINABALU PINE RESORT and the BORNEO NATURE LODGE were OK and acceptable, however, the food selection at both locations was limited and not the best food we had. The food at the longhouse was much better !!
As I said, overall we were very satisfied and happy with all the experiences we had. Both tour guides did make a difference letting us learn and appreciate all the area we were visiting.
