   Due to weather conditions, activities may be subject to re-scheduling to best meet operations, as well as clients health and safety.

   Liability Forms     

   Clients will be asked to complete liability forms prior to the activity. Parent or guardian must sign for participants under 18 years of age.

   Safety &    Health 

    Guests are required to cooperate with the crew, follow the instructions given and not pose a risk to themselves throughout the cruise. Guests are not to interfere with the ship's communication and navigational instruments.

    Wearing shoes is prohibited at all times and smoking is not allowed in all enclosed sections and cockpit of the ship for health and safety concerns.

In the event that a passenger falls ill during a cruise, please inform the captain or crew immediately and the vessel will return to port for medical assistance.

   Food & Beverage  

   Please provide your dietary requirements in advance of your trip. Guests below 18 years old are not served alcohol, and we     practise a policy of serving alcohol responsibly on the cruise. Illicit drugs are strictly prohibited on board.

  Children  

    Children below the age of 12 must be supervised by and are the responsibility of accompanying adults during the entire course of a cruise.
