With views stretching across the South China Sea, and where the silhouette of Mount Kinabalu can be seen on a clear day, these Kinabalu Villas provide the best views in the resort. Connecting rooms are available for families.
- Suria Suite ( 188 square metres)
This luxurious two-bedroom suite lies on the hillside with stunning ocean views. The ground floor features relaxing lounge and dining areas, and a pantry which leads onto an outdoor deck. The spacious bedrooms on the first floor both come with en-suites and a decadent outdoor bath on the balcony provides breathtaking views.

- Child & Third Party Policy
Maximum occupancy per villa is 2 adults and 1 child aged below 12 years old in existing day bed, no third adult accepted. For the Suria Suite, maximum occupancy is 5 Persons (4 adults included in the rate, 5th child will be charged accordingly)
- Sabah Parks Conservation Fee
A conservation fee of MYR32 on the first night of stay and an additional MYR22 for each day thereof is applied to each guest, including children, for every night of stay by Sabah Parks, an organisation set up as the caretaker of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. The conservation fee is contributed to Sabah Parks in support of their effort towards preserving the rich ecosystem of the region. Conservation fees indicated above are inclusive of 6% GST.
